Rodney Dittmar serves as the Worship Leader at First Baptist Church Seagoville since October 2023. With extensive experience in music education, Rodney has been a Regional Ambassador for Music Will since January 2013, coordinating professional development for over 110 teachers in the Dallas Independent School District (DISD). In DISD, Rodney holds roles as the Fine Arts Department Head and Modern Band Director at Seagoville High School, as well as a Little Kids Rock Ambassador and Guitar Teacher. Previous positions include Board Member at Music Teaching Guru and Guitar Teacher for the Upward Bound Program at Cedar Valley College. Rodney holds a Master of Music from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Music Education with High Honors from East Texas State University.
