Ramona Soto is an experienced legal professional currently serving as In House Legal Counsel for the Dallas Independent School District since July 2018. Prior to this role, Ramona held the same position at Fort Worth ISD from December 2013 to July 2018. Ramona's legal career includes experience as a Senior Attorney at Vincent Lopez Serafino & Jenevein, P.C., and Beirne, Maynard & Parsons, LLP, as well as a long tenure at Godwin Ronquillo PC. Ramona began the legal career as an Associate Attorney at Hill Gilstrap PC. Ramona Soto earned a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2006 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2002.
