Lori Mason, M.Ed., serves as the Assistant Principal at a high school within the Dallas Independent School District since August 2014. In this role, Lori has implemented various educational initiatives, including Professional Learning Community (PLC) structures and schoolwide data analysis protocols, leading to significant improvements in student achievement, particularly among ESL and ELAR students. Responsibilities also include providing lesson plan feedback, conducting professional development sessions, and improving testing compliance as the Testing Coordinator. Lori's prior experience includes a position as a Small & Medium Business Sales Consultant at Dell, where consultation on technological solutions for businesses was a key focus. Lori holds a BBA in Marketing from Prairie View A&M University, an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and has completed a Master’s degree at the University of North Texas at Dallas.
