Laura Jenkins currently serves as a Middle School English Language Arts Teacher at Dallas Independent School District, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Laura accumulated extensive experience within the same district from August 1995 to August 2022, functioning in various capacities including Project Manager for Counseling Services, Student Engagement Coordinator, Reading Language Arts Coordinator, ESL Instructional Coach/Specialist, and English Language Arts Teacher. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Baylor University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from American College of Education, completed between 2012 and 2014.
