This role involves enhancing the employee journey through new hire support, leadership development, and recognition programs. Previously, Kalyse held managerial positions overseeing performance evaluation systems and leadership development initiatives, significantly impacting 20,000+ employees. As an educator, Kalyse served as an Assistant Principal and has participated as a guest lecturer at the University of North Texas at Dallas. Kalyse’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Nonprofit Performing Arts Administration from New York University and Principal Certification from Stephen F. Austin State University.
