Joseph Pouncy is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the High School Principal for Dallas Independent School District since December 2017. Prior roles include Assistant Athletic Director and Assistant Principal within the same district, as well as Principal at Warren Middle School and Forney Independent School District. Additionally, Joseph Pouncy held the position of Assistant Director of Teaching & Learning at Region 10 ESC. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Abilene Christian University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from Baylor University.
