Luis Vazquez is an experienced software developer and product owner currently employed at Dallas County since October 2020, where responsibilities include contact tracing to manage COVID-19 spread. Prior experience includes serving as a senior student technician at The University of Texas at Austin, focusing on technology support in classrooms, a patient services specialist at Baylor Scott & White Health, and a clinical assistant at The Johnson Center for Child Health and Development, providing outreach to Spanish-speaking families.
