Kim Gould, CPPO, CPPB, serves as the Purchasing Manager for Dallas County since August 2020, overseeing a budget of $90,098,224 and ensuring compliance with local government code and policies. Prior experience includes serving as Purchasing Director for Smith County Texas from December 2014 to June 2020 and as Purchasing Agent for Ellis County from November 2012 to December 2014. Earlier roles include Buyer/Project Management at Smith County from March 2005 to October 2012. Kim Gould is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Administration at the University of Texas at Tyler, expected to be completed in December 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas College and an Associate degree from Tyler Junior College. Additionally, a Masters Certificate in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management was earned from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2020.
