Pia Dimagiba Johnson serves as the Internal Communications Coordinator at the Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia since April 2019, focusing on equity, inclusion, mental well-being, and staff empowerment through communications capacity building. Prior experience includes managing online communities and social media for pre-arrival clients at SOPA, and working as a freelance translator at 1-StopAsia, providing accurate translations across various disciplines. Pia has also contributed administrative support at the Schulich School of Law and led a global marketing team for Seoul Tourism Organization. Holding an MFA in Film and Video Production from Dongguk University and a BA in Film from the University of the Philippines, Pia combines a robust background in communications, linguistics, and multimedia content creation.
