Hisham Al Adwani is an experienced professional in project and facility management, currently serving as the Field Services Team Leader at Daleel Petroleum LLC since March 2022, where responsibilities include managing daily administration, camp maintenance, fleet services, and QHSSE plan implementation. Prior to this role, Hisham worked as Assistant Manager in Project and Facility Management at Oman Air, and held positions at Occidental from May 2012 to March 2020, progressing from Camp Infrastructure Assistant to Camp Infrastructure Supervisor. Hisham’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from Sultan Qaboos University, a Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering from the INTERNATIONAL MARITIME COLLEGE OMAN, and various engineering diplomas and certificates from multiple institutions.
