Karissa Rivard has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Dalco Enterprises, Inc. since June 2017. Prior to this role, Karissa worked for the St. Paul Pioneer Press from September 2000 to November 2016 as a Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist. Karissa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, completed between 1994 and 1996.
