Brian Sparks has held various roles in the nonwovens industry since 2000. Brian began their career as a QC Supervisor at Nan Ya Plastics in 2000. In 2001, they moved to Propex, where they worked as a Process Engineer, Director of Sales, and R&D, Customer Technical Service Manager. In 2010, they joined Thrace-LINQ, Inc. as a Market Development Manager, General Manager, and VP Sales and Business Development. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Business Development Manager at Dalco Nonwovens LLC.

Brian Sparks attended Tennessee Technological University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business. Brian also attended The University of Alabama from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BS in Chemical Engineering.
