Noor El-Baradie is an accomplished analyst currently working at Dalberg since January 2024. Prior to this role, Noor served as an advocate for the Community Empowerment Fund from October 2020 to January 2023, focusing on empowering individuals transitioning out of homelessness and poverty. Noor gained experience as a data analyst intern at the Centre for Affordable Housing Finance in Africa, where data collection and analysis on affordable housing were undertaken. Additional internships include a development planning role at USAID, focusing on program data tracking, and a spring internship at the U.S. Department of Commerce that involved coordinating policy documents and analyzing legislative impacts. Noor also contributed as a research assistant on higher education issues, created a research database during an internship with Ahead of the Curve, and managed a private swim instruction business from 2013 to 2017. Noor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
