Ibrahim Mouhtar is a professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management. Currently serving as Manager HSE at Dal Engineering Group since January 2023, Ibrahim previously held the position of HSE Supervisor at Lafarge France and worked as a Maintenance Technician at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, focusing on the installation and after-sales service of automatic flexible doors. Ibrahim's educational background includes a Specialized Master’s in Safety and Industrial Risks from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs, a BTS in Industrial Maintenance from Afpa Toulouse, a Master 1 in Tropical Biodiversity and Ecosystems from Université de La Réunion, and a Research Master’s in Environmental Sciences from Université de Mahajanga.
