Marissa Holinka is an experienced Exploration Geologist currently working at Dakota Gold Corp. since January 2022. Previously, Marissa held positions as a Geologist at Freeport-McMoRan and as a Production Geologist at OceanaGold Corporation. Additional experience includes working as Front Desk Staff at Powder House Lodge and serving as a Naturalist with the South Dakota Department of Game, Fish and Parks. Marissa began the career in the service industry as a Pool Attendant at the Watertown Family Aquatic Center. Marissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology with a minor in Geospatial Technologies from South Dakota Mines, following graduation from Watertown High School.
