Gabriel Isidoro has a diverse background in payment analysis and customer service, currently serving as Assistant of Payment in Rider Operations at Daki since September 2021. Previously, Gabriel held roles at Rappi from February 2019 to March 2020, including Payment Analyst, where responsibilities involved analyzing and resolving payment issues for clients and partners, and Customer Support Agent, providing timely assistance to clients and partners. Additionally, Gabriel gained administrative experience as an apprentice at Hospital Santa Marcelina from November 2015 to March 2017 and as an intern at the Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo from October 2013 to December 2014. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM, studies are set to conclude in June 2025.
