Anika van Steenbergen is an experienced HR-adviseur at DAK kindercentra since July 2023 and has been a Docent at Variva Edu Academy since November 2022, specializing in pedagogical support for child care. In addition, Anika operates a coaching and counseling practice since July 2015, assisting clients with various personal development needs. Previous teaching experience includes instructing vocational subjects at mboRijnland within the Pedagogical worker program from April to December 2022. Anika's career also encompasses managerial experience as a Kinderopvang manager at Crèche Hermelijntje from March 2003 to October 2014, contributing to strategic policy execution as part of the management team. Anika's early career involved providing information services at SNT engineering from May 2000 to November 2002. Anika holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural and Social Education from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and further education in counseling and coaching.
