Alex Croucher has extensive experience in the telecommunications and ICT sectors, currently serving as a Senior 2nd Line Mitel Engineer at Daisy Group since May 2012, after initially holding the position of 2nd Line Operations Engineer. Prior to this role, Alex worked as a 1st Line ICT Operations Engineer at Damovo UK Ltd from December 2009 to May 2012.
