Established in 2001 Dairyworks is a company built on the values and innovation that have made New Zealand a world leader in dairy production.

Dairyworks source high quality, bulk cheese and butter from local South Island suppliers and transform it into added-value consumer products for an ever increasing clientele throughout New Zealand and Australia.

In addition we produce our own cheese and butter brands, Alpine, Rolling Meadow and Dairyworks.  We’ve also developed markets for the by-products of our block cheese packaging process.  For example our grated cheeses and powdered parmesan are in demand from bakeries, restaurants and food producers around New Zealand.
