Beth Porior Schaefer is an experienced professional in the agriculture and education sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Program Manager for the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board since July 2011, Beth focuses on promoting dairy products in K-12 school districts and collaborates with media outlets to highlight Wisconsin Cheese recipes. Previously, Beth worked as an Agriculture Instructor and FFA Advisor at Merrill Area Public Schools and Merrill High School from July 2010 to June 2011. Early experience includes a role as a Milking Technician at Blaser Farms, Inc. from 2001 to 2003. Beth holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2006, and graduated from Oconto Falls High School in 2001.
