Phil Lamothe, JD, MBA, currently serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Dairy Farmers of Canada, where responsibilities encompass legal matters such as contract review, regulatory compliance, and litigation management. Prior to this role, Phil worked as a corporate and real estate lawyer at Kelly Santini LLP and gained experience at ALX Legal Professional Corporation and Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, focusing on acquisitions and due diligence. Phil also served as President of the University of Ottawa MBA Student Association, and held roles in finance and teaching at PMG Property Management Group and the University of Ottawa, respectively. Phil possesses a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Finance.
