Louise Smart is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades in the dairy industry. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Milk & More since November 2002, Louise has also held this role at Dairy Crest since August 2006. Prior experience includes working as an HR Officer at Express Dairies from November 2002 to August 2006 and as a Regional HR Officer at Wilkinsons for a brief period in 2002. Academic qualifications include a CIPD degree obtained from Cassio College between 1998 and 2001, with earlier education at Rickmansworth School.
