Volker Hansen currently serves as Chief Engineer Software & EE and Director CoC Mechatronics for Mercedes-Benz Trucks at Daimler Truck AG since July 2020. Prior to this, Volker Hansen was the Director of Digital Solutions and Services and CEO of Daimler Fleetboard GmbH at Daimler AG from January 2018 to July 2020. Volker Hansen also held the position of Managing Director at EM-motive GmbH, a joint venture between Daimler and Bosch, from October 2014 to January 2018. Academic credentials include a degree from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
