Kim Rastelli serves as the Head of Human Resources for North America at Daimler Truck Financial Services USA LLC. Previously, Kim held several roles at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC, including HR Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards Manager, Human Resources Strategy Manager, and Human Resources Development Manager. Kim's experience also includes working as a Business Analyst at Xede Consulting Group, a Project Manager at Chrysler, and a Business Analyst/Project Manager at Compuware. Kim obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Michigan State University.
