Eleonora Lambreghts is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement. Currently serving as HRBP for International Sales & Global Functions and Operations EMEA at Jellysmack since September 2021, Eleonora has played a pivotal role in digital recruitment transformations and the integration of new employee onboarding processes. Prior experiences include positions at BICS as an International HR Specialist, Sanofi as a Talent Management & Leadership Development Coordinator for Latin America, and various HR-related roles at Faurecia, Club Med, BPCA, and others. Eleonora holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Université Panthéon Assas and a Bachelor’s degree from EDHEC Business School.
