Harriet Line is a seasoned political journalist currently serving as Deputy Political Editor at the Daily Mail since April 2021, following a tenure as Chief Political Correspondent. Prior to this role, Harriet accumulated significant experience at PA Media from February 2015 to April 2021, where notable positions included Deputy Political Editor and Acting Political Editor, leading the Westminster team's coverage during the 2019 General Election. Harriet began a career in journalism as a graduate trainee at PA Media, progressing through various roles which enhanced skills in parliamentary reporting and news writing. Additional experience includes freelance reporting for The Times and internships at The Telegraph and Times Higher Education.
