Omar ElFakharany is an experienced software engineering manager with a robust background in application development and team leadership. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Daily Harvest since April 2022, Omar manages a team of five senior engineers and focuses on enhancing engineering processes. Previously, as Senior Manager at Foot Locker, Omar led a team of eight during the Oracle XStore Migration Project, unifying operations across thousands of stores globally. Experience at Deloitte included developing the next version of the PennState Medicaid System, while earlier roles at Cambridge Investment Research and Mr. Youth involved significant contributions to web application development and enhancements for major clients. Omar holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Maharishi International University and a Bachelor's degree from Suez Canal University.
