Luke Charter is an experienced media professional with a strong background in digital operations and content management. Currently serving as the Head of News and Digital at Daily Dispatch and DispatchLIVE since April 2019, Luke oversees all content for the award-winning online edition and manages administrative and technical operations. Prior to this role, Luke held various positions including Digital Operations Administrator at Tiso Blackstar Group, where responsibilities included digital strategy development and traffic growth for over 30 online properties. With extensive experience as a web designer and editor at Arena Holdings and past freelance work, Luke has demonstrated expertise in media production and innovative digital strategies across multiple regions, including significant leadership roles in Qatar for Qatar Foundation. Educational background includes attendance at Kingswood College and Graeme College.
