Jayant Jawa is a seasoned professional in sales and business development, currently serving as General Manager - Overseas Business at Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd. since January 2021. With extensive experience across various roles at Daikin, including VRV SBU Leader for the African Continent and Sales Operations Planning Manager, Jayant has played a critical role in enhancing Daikin’s market penetration in East Africa and developing sustainable sales networks throughout the region. Prior to Daikin, Jayant held significant positions at Novartis as Regional Sales Manager and at Johnson & Johnson as Sales Manager. Academic credentials include an MBA in Marketing from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, a Bachelor's in Information Technology from ITM University, and a key account management degree from Huthwaite University.
