Erin Cwiklinski serves as the Head of Functional Excellence in Global Clinical Operations at Daiichi Sankyo US since March 2024. Previously, Erin held senior leadership roles at Syneos Health, including Senior Director positions in Clinical Trial Management and Clinical Development, overseeing complex business initiatives and client clinical research programs. Prior experience includes Project Director at Covance, focusing on early-phase oncology research, and a lengthy tenure at Eli Lilly and Company as an Advisor in North America Clinical Operations, where strategic development and trial enrollment optimization were key responsibilities. Additionally, Erin has experience as a fitness instructor and holds a Bachelors of Liberal Sciences in Business Administration and Management from the University of Indianapolis.
