Vivek Vishal Sharma has a diverse work experience in the banking and insurance industry. Vivek Vishal started their career as a Business Development Executive at Axis Bank, where they focused on developing business from existing clients, searching for new clients, and handling operations work. Vivek Vishal then joined HDFC Bank as an Assistant Manager, where they handled a portfolio of classic customers and worked on increasing the number of new-to-bank customers. Vivek later joined RAKBANK as a Relationship Officer, responsible for generating sales of expat personal loans, listing new companies to the bank's ALOC, and achieving monthly targets. Vivek Vishal was later promoted to Manager at RAKBANK, where they managed loans and credit card functions across the Abu Dhabi region and provided financial services to SMEs and startups. Currently, Vivek is working at Dai-ichi Life Insurance Myanmar as a Partnership Sales Lead. In this role, they work alongside the corporate planning team and account managers in negotiations and closing of partnership proposals and agreements. Vivek Vishal also develops sales plans, marketing strategies, and campaign programs for partnership sales channels.
Vivek Vishal Sharma completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from the Center For Management Development from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher Secondary degree in General Studies from St. Thomas, Meerut from 1999 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Vivek Vishal Sharma also obtained a certification in "Leading Teams: Developing as a Leader" from Coursera Course Certificates in December 2022.
