Luc Dahlmans currently serves as the Manager of HR and Communication at Daelzicht, overseeing the HR team and the Communication team while developing and executing organizational policies. Additional experience as a Senior Advisor and Project Leader in the municipality of Maastricht involved leading significant HR projects aimed at strategic personnel planning and organizational development. Educational background encompasses specializations in HR, change management, and various degrees from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and other institutions.
