Danny Wayne Spell Jr. has a diverse work experience starting from their role as an Aircraft Electrical and Environmental Journeyman in the United States Air Force where they served for six years. Later, they worked as a Jr. Network and Systems Administrator at Global Knowledge Training from 2013 to 2017. Danny Wayne then joined EMC as an Engineering Support from 2011 to 2012. In 2018, they worked as a Systems Administrator at Johnson Automotive and then at Westgate Cars. Currently, they are employed at KIOTI Tractor as the Information Technology Lead, previously serving as a System Administrator from 2020 to 2023.

Danny Wayne Spell Jr. attended ECPI College of Technology from 2012 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Network Security and Administration.
