Paulo Henrique Soares is an experienced professional in the field of communications, currently serving as the Corporate Communication Director at IBRAM - Instituto Brasileiro de Mineração since November 2016. In addition to this role, Paulo holds advisory responsibilities at SimplificaCI and is a board member at DataSprints, both since 2017 and 2019 respectively. Previously, Paulo worked at Vale for over two decades in various managerial and directorial positions, including General Manager and Communications Director. Paulo's leadership experience extends to serving as a Board Director for the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) from June 2008 to June 2011, and participating as a volunteer during the Jogos Panamericanos in 2007. Educationally, Paulo holds a Master's degree in Communications and a postgraduate qualification in Communication from PUC Minas, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications - Advertising.
