Rucxandra Popa is an experienced marketing professional and business leader with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at Dacris România since December 2018, Rucxandra has made significant contributions, including securing a Bronze Effie at the 2012 Effie Awards Romania for the successful Pilot Frixion Campaign and authoring the winning essay for the EOPA 2012 European Reseller of the Year. As Co-Owner of SC Ruxal Business SRL since 2012 and former Business Manager at La Camera de Zi from 2015 to 2018, Rucxandra showcased strong entrepreneurial skills by developing an innovative business model for a homemade cookie company and launching an online shop that increased brand awareness. Rucxandra's earlier career includes roles at Dacris România, SC Neico SRL as a Commercial Manager, and as a Scientific Researcher at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, demonstrating a strong foundation in marketing, product development, and relationship management. Rucxandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
