Stefan Heinemann has an extensive background in operations, safety, and management, with significant achievements during a career that spans over two decades. At Avantor, Stefan served in various roles including Assistant Director of Archives and Director of Sample Management, where established services generated substantial recurring revenue and achieved impressive growth rates. Responsibilities included operational performance, compliance management, and strategic direction, with a focus on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Prior experience includes positions at EPL Archives, Inc. and roles in research and laboratory settings at Old Dominion University and the City of Norfolk. Stefan holds a Master of Science in Oceanography from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Microbiology concentration from James Madison University.
