Khurram is a Partner in the Employment, Pensions and Immigration Group, and Head of Financial Services and London Employment.
Khurram is also an elected board member of DACB, is recognised as a Leading Individual in Legal 500 and in January 2022 was recognised in “The Lawyers” Hot 100 listing.
Khurram leads the Firm’s Financial Services practice which provides multi-discipline support to banks, asset and wealth managers and a range of other businesses across the financial services sector.
Khurram’s practice focuses on complex litigation matters for global investment banks and other major employers in the financial services sector. He has extensive experience of defending sensitive discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims, including the successful defence of a claim for £15m back pay and reinstatement arising out of the Forex regulatory investigations.
Khurram is also an expert on data protection and human rights arising in the employment context, and his experience include devising a protocol for a leading retail bank for responding to data subject access requests from both customers and employees.
