Jemma Gillson is a legal professional with substantial experience in Health, Care & Public Law, currently serving as a Partner at DAC Beachcroft since July 2014. Previously, Jemma held the position of Senior Associate and specialised in representing and advising NHS Trusts and private sector healthcare providers, while also delivering bespoke training packages for NHS and social care entities. Jemma's career in healthcare law began at Punch Robson, where work focused on mental health and capacity law, following the role of Trainee Solicitor. Jemma Gillson earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Northumbria Law School from 2004 to 2008 after completing education at Egglescliffe School.
