Dr. Kiri Trier is a seasoned professional in sustainability management and film production, currently serving as Sustainability General Manager for the DACH region and a member of the Executive Board at L'Oréal since November 2023, while also lecturing on sustainability management at Universität St.Gallen. With extensive experience across various sectors, Dr. Trier has held significant roles including Vice President and Head of the Sustainability Practice at Capgemini Invent, where a sustainability management practice was developed from the ground up. Additional positions include advisory roles at STARTUP TEENS and Daato, and previous experience as Production Director at ARRI and Executive Producer at Twentieth Century Fox. Dr. Trier earned a Doctorate in Innovation & Creativity Management from Privatuniversität Schloss Seeburg and a Diplom in Production and Media Management from Hochschule für Fernsehen und Film München.
