Andy Smieja is a Design Manager at DAAR Engineering, Inc., a position held since June 2011. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned between 1985 and 1990, Andy has a solid foundation in the field and extensive experience in engineering design and management.
