Jamaludin El-bima is a distinguished psychologist and entrepreneur, serving as the Founder and Motivator at PT. Fokus Solusi Sumber Daya Manusia since January 2014, focusing on the development of Indonesian human resources. Jamaludin has extensive experience as a facilitator and trainer with Resourceful Parenting Indonesia, and has held various HR roles, including General Manager of Human Resources at PT. Rekadaya Elektrika Consult and HR Manager at PT. Rekadaya Elektrika. In addition to training and consultancy roles, Jamaludin is a published author of the motivational book "The Focus," which aims to inspire and support personal development.
