Jayna Vroman has a diverse work experience. Jayna began their career in 2008 as a Server at IHOP, where they applied their excellent listening skills to serve customers better and more efficiently. Jayna also trained other servers. In 2008, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Physical Science and Engineering Departments at Olivet Nazarene University. In 2012, they worked as an Internship/Temp Quality Control Technician at Prairie Material. In 2016, they worked as a Conceirge at Luther Oaks. In 2017, they worked as a Program Coordinator at HOPE Pregnancy Center. In 2018, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Pontiac Bible Church and an Office, Shipping, Quality & Accounts Manager at Reliable Autotech Private Limited. Since 2019, they have been working as a PLM Services Team Lead, PLM Solution Architect, PLM Implementation Consultant, and PLM Support Representative at Team D3 Coalition of Brands.

Jayna Vroman received a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences from Olivet Nazarene University in 2010. Jayna then returned to Olivet Nazarene University in 2022 to pursue a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, which they are currently completing.
