Neal Striegler-Pettersson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Neal is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at d1g1t Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Hatch Coding as a Full Stack Developer from May 2017 to April 2021, where they acted as the Lead Developer for an online coding education platform. Neal was responsible for setting up various development environments and tools.

Before joining Hatch Coding, Neal worked at Morgan Solar Inc. as a Software Developer from September 2015 to May 2017. Neal started as a Monitoring and Support Technician and later transitioned into a full-time Software Developer. In this role, they developed internal monitoring and reporting tools and a mobile application for controlling solar tracker sites.
