The Leadership Team at D1 Training is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing operational execution, and driving growth and innovation across all locations. Led by the Founder & CEO, this team includes the Chief Operating Officer, who manages day-to-day operations; the Vice President of Community Relations and Marketing (East TN), who strengthens local partnerships and promotes the brand; the Vice President of Accounting and Finance, who ensures financial stability and growth; and the Vice President of Marketing, who develops and implements marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
