Pastory Mfoy, MPH, is a skilled public health professional with extensive experience in program coordination and implementation. Currently serving as the Digital Health Coordinator for USAID Afya Yangu Northern at D-tree since June 2022, Mfoy focuses on client-centered approaches to enhance HIV, TB, and family planning service delivery while fostering local ownership and capacity building. Prior to this role, Mfoy was a Program Officer for the USAID Boresha Afya project at Tanzania Red Cross Society from August 2018 to October 2020, where efforts were directed towards improving access to integrated health services in partnership with the government. Mfoy also worked as a Program Coordinator on the Integrated HIV/AIDS program from July 2014 to June 2017, aiming to reduce HIV incidence and improve care for vulnerable populations in the Geita region. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Health from Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences (2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Community Economic Development from Sokoine University of Agriculture (2012).
