Troy Mendenhall is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management and oversight. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction at D.R. Horton since April 2022, Mendenhall previously held the position of Director of Construction at the same company. Prior experience includes roles at PulteGroup as Construction Manager, where responsibilities encompassed scheduling, quality control, and vendor management, and at National Church Residences as Construction Administrator, overseeing project budgets and acting as the owner's representative. Mendenhall began a career at Dominion Homes as Project Superintendent, managing job sites effectively. Mendenhall earned a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University from 1996 to 2001.
