Patrick Bates is an experienced finance professional currently serving as SVA Division Controller at D.R. Horton since June 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Chief Financial Officer at RRS Foodservice from June 2022 to June 2023, and before that worked as Director of Finance and Accounting at Ditch Witch of Virginia from June 2021 to June 2022. Patrick's extensive background also includes the role of Controller at S.B. Cox Ready Mix, Inc. for eight years, as well as serving as Accounting Manager at The Shockoe Company and Accountant at Richmond Redevelopment & Housing Authority. Patrick earned a degree in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).
