Jonathan Milliken is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and management within the homebuilding and retail industries. Since July 2020, Jonathan has served as Division CFO and Controller at D.R. Horton, where responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, and strategic direction for homebuilding regions. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked at NVR, Inc. as a Senior Financial Analyst, overseeing financial operations for the Philadelphia Region, which generates over $500 million in annual revenue. Jonathan's earlier experience includes managerial and analytical roles at DFC Global Corp., where financial planning and analysis supported a network of over 150 retail locations, as well as positions at Superior Walls of America. Jonathan holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.
