Chris Zaballos has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chris held various roles in different companies, starting with ANN SACKS Tile & Stone/Kohler Co., where they served as the Showroom Operations Manager from September 1994 to October 1995. Chris then joined R. Zaballos & Sons, Inc. in December 1995 as a Partner and remained in that role until December 2015.

In 2016, Chris moved to MLC Holdings, Inc. as the Forward Planning Manager, a position they held until February 2019. Following this, they joined William Lyon Homes in February 2019 as the Manager Entitlements for a brief period until October 2019.

Chris'smost recent and current position is with D.R. Horton, where they have held progressively higher positions. Initially, they served as the Director of Entitlements & Forward Planning from November 2019 to October 2022. Chris then advanced to the role of Vice President of Entitlements & Forward Planning from October 2022 to October 2023. Currently, Chris holds the position of Division Vice President of Operations at D.R. Horton, starting in October 2023.

Chris Zaballos has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance, from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Additionally, Chris has studied Economics at Dartmouth College and Communications/Economics at UC San Diego.
