Maria Kliesch is a Senior Consultant at D ONE – Data Driven Value Creation since January 2022, with a strong background in data analytics and research. Prior to this role, Maria served as a PhD student and researcher at the University of Zurich from March 2018 to January 2022, focusing on foreign language learning in older adults, while also securing a competitive research grant of 272k CHF from the Swiss National Science Foundation. Maria has extensive experience in data analysis using R, Python, MATLAB, and statistical modeling. Additionally, previous positions include EEG-Assistant and practice administrator at Neurologische Praxis Schwyz/Zug, where Maria optimized internal procedures, as well as language teaching at Language School St. Annahof. Maria's educational background includes a PhD from the University of Zurich, along with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in English and Spanish Language and Literature.
